What we collect
We collect the information you submit to us, such as your name, email, and any optional details you provide. We collect the inspection report you upload. We collect basic technical information about your visit, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and improve the service, including refining our pricing methodology and the quality of the memos we deliver, and to respond to you.
How long we keep it
We retain information as long as necessary to provide and improve the service and to respond to follow-up questions. Inspection reports you upload to order a memo are stored for up to seven days at a private, unguessable link so we can prepare your memo, then automatically deleted.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers we use to run Kept, such as our hosting, payment, and email-delivery providers, and as required by law. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email support@usekept.com.
